About Art on the River

Art on the River is the event formerly know as Artists Open Studios. It was started by painter Penny Otwell in El Portal and has grown each year to include more artists and more visitors. This year artists will be showing and selling their work at the Briceburg Visitor's Center in Briceburg, Ca and at four homes off of Foresta Road in El Portal, Ca. Please come shop locally with local artists for all your Christmas gift needs.
